Ticket Vibes is committed to promoting safe event experiences. Please read and follow these guidelines before attending any event booked through our platform.

🎫 Before the Event

  • Verify your ticket: Only use e-tickets received from Ticket Vibes. Do not accept tickets from unknown sources.
  • Check event details: Confirm date, time, venue, and any entry requirements before you travel.
  • Keep your ticket code private: Never share your QR code or ticket code with anyone else — each code is valid for one entry only.
  • Carry a valid photo ID: Many venues in India require government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID) matching the ticket holder's name.
  • Arrive early: Allow extra time for security checks, especially at large venues.
  • Know the venue layout: Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and first aid locations.

🏟️ At the Venue

  • Follow security instructions: Cooperate with all security personnel and venue staff.
  • Prohibited items: Do not bring weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, professional cameras (unless permitted), or drones into the venue.
  • Stay in designated areas: Do not attempt to access restricted sections without the appropriate ticket tier.
  • Report suspicious activity: Immediately alert venue security if you notice anything concerning.
  • Keep your belongings secure: Use lockers where available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Stay hydrated: Especially at outdoor or high-energy events — drink water regularly.
  • Respect other attendees: Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

🚨 Emergency Procedures

  • Evacuation: Follow all venue staff instructions. Move calmly to the nearest exit — do not run.
  • Medical emergency: Contact the nearest first aid station or ask a security officer. Call 112 (national emergency) if needed.
  • Fire: Activate the nearest alarm point and evacuate immediately. Do not use elevators.
  • Crowd surge: If caught in a crowd surge, face the direction of movement, keep your arms up to protect your chest, and move with the crowd toward the edges.

🛡️ Online Safety

  • Buy only from Ticket Vibes: Beware of fake ticketing websites that mimic our platform. Always verify the URL: ticket-vibes.web.app
  • Never pay via cash transfer or UPI to individuals: All payments on Ticket Vibes go through our secure Razorpay gateway.
  • Protect your account: Use a strong password and never share your login credentials.
  • Phishing alerts: We will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If you experience or witness any safety issue related to an event booked through Ticket Vibes, please contact us at support@ticketvibes.in with the subject "Safety Concern". We take all reports seriously and will escalate to the relevant organizer or authorities as needed.
